Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring it is an integral part of the sales process.
- Support the management team and take ownership of your tasks to drive sales and achieve KPI targets.
- Build and nurture customer relationships to enhance sales performance.
- Maintain the visual presentation and cleanliness of the store.
- Provide knowledgeable and relevant product advice to customers.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a fashion sales role within the high-end/premium retail industry.
- A genuine passion for delivering first-class customer service and a love for quality products.
- Proven track record of achieving high sales figures.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritizing workloads and meeting deadlines.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and a strong team player.
This role offers a competitive salary ranging from £21k to £30k per annum for full-time positions, with both part-time and full-time opportunities available. Preference is given to full-time applicants. While understanding Italian is appreciated, it is not a requirement.
