Job Description: Central London | Temporary-to-Permanent | Full-Time About the Role We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel in Central London for experienced Room Attendants to join its Housekeeping team. Tronc/service charge will apply after the first 28 days. Key Responsibilities • Clean and service guest bedrooms and bathrooms to an exceptional 5-star standard., • Maintain guest corridors, furniture, fixtures, fittings and allocated housekeeping areas., • Ensure rooms are immaculately presented and ready for guest arrival., • Follow daily work schedules and communicate with supervisors where additional support is required., • Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, safety hazards or guest concerns promptly., • Work closely with the wider Housekeeping team to maintain consistently high standards., • Assist in other areas of the department when required., • Follow all hotel health, safety and hygiene procedures., • Maintain productivity while ensuring attention to detail is never compromised. About You We are looking for candidates with: • Previous Room Attendant experience within a 5-star or luxury hotel., • Luxury London hotel experience highly desirable., • Excellent attention to detail., • High standards of personal presentation and professionalism., • A positive and flexible approach to work., • The ability to work efficiently within a busy luxury hotel environment., • Strong understanding of guest privacy, discretion and confidentiality., • Previous Housekeeping Porter experience would be beneficial.
