Fulham household of one person and a beautiful French Bulldog, with occasional guests staying, requires housekeeper. The property is open plan, modern with four bedrooms. There is a separate utility room for the housekeeper’s use. The housekeeper will be expected to attend the property to ensure its upkeep and maintenance when the property owner is away. A fully alarmed property - state of the art system, managed externally, with extensive interior and exterior CCTV camera coverage. Whilst the owner is away reduced hours may be worked. Role will be circa 20 hours per week, possibly with some weekend work by arrangement. Cleaning Rota All rooms to be tidied and cleaned thoroughly. Oven and microwave cleaning. Daily bed linen change in master bedroom suite. Bi fold doors - vacuuming the tracking. Voiles - scheduled washing. Deep cleaning will be required on an ad hoc basis - cleaning of furniture, book cases, cupboards, fridges and so forth. Monitoring household cleaning supplies and purchasing. Laundry - bed linen, clothes and other laundry. Hand washing, ironing, managing linen cupboards, taking and collecting dry cleaning. Looking after and watering indoor plants. Sweeping patios and watering patio plants. May include grocery shopping, food preparation and other reasonable tasks. A guideline schedule of responsibilities, weekly, bi-weekly and monthly will be provided at interview.
