There is a separate utility room for the housekeeper’s use. The housekeeper will be expected to attend the property to ensure its upkeep and maintenance when the property owner is away. A fully alarmed property - state of the art system, managed externally, with extensive interior and exterior CCTV camera coverage. Whilst the owner is away reduced hours may be worked.
