What We Are Looking For A bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred. At least two years of experience in procurement or sales, ideally within the luxury goods industry. Fluency in Mandarin to facilitate effective communication with East Asian clients. Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to develop cost-optimisation strategies and assess market trends. Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance requirements. Excellent negotiation, communication, and organisational skills. Ability to make quick, strategic decisions in a high-pressure environment and manage supply chain disruptions effectively.
