About National Accident Support Line
National Accident Support Line (NASL) provides a one-stop solution for people following a non-fault road traffic accident.

We help coordinate the services our clients may need following an accident, including vehicle recovery, replacement hire vehicles, vehicle repairs and access to other accident-related services.

Our aim is simple: to make the process as straightforward as possible for our clients while building strong, long-term relationships with the repairers and service providers we work alongside.

The Role
We are looking for a confident, friendly and organised Sales & Relationship Administrator to join our team.
The primary focus of this role is to make regular outbound calls to our network of vehicle repairers across the UK.
This is not a traditional hard-sales role. Your job is to make contact, build rapport and develop relationships with our repairers, ensuring there is regular communication between them and NASL.
We want someone who is comfortable picking up the phone, starting conversations and gradually building genuine professional relationships.
You will become a familiar point of contact for our repairer network and help us better understand their businesses, requirements and how NASL can support them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Making regular outbound calls to existing and prospective vehicle repairers.
  • Introducing yourself and NASL and establishing a positive relationship with each repairer.
  • Building rapport with repairer owners, managers and other key contacts.
  • Maintaining regular contact so NASL remains familiar and front of mind.
  • Learning about each repairer's business, capabilities, services and requirements.
  • Checking how existing repairers are getting on and identifying any issues or areas where NASL can provide support.
  • Identifying potential opportunities to strengthen relationships and generate additional business between NASL and repairers.
  • Updating our internal systems with accurate contact details, notes and outcomes following conversations.
  • Scheduling appropriate follow-up calls and ensuring agreed actions are completed.
  • Communicating relevant information or opportunities to the wider NASL team.
  • Supporting the Sales and Operations teams with repairer relationship management.
  • Using Microsoft Office, email and our internal systems to maintain accurate records.

What We're Looking For
An excellent candidate for this role will have:

  • A confident and friendly telephone manner.
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • The ability to build rapport naturally with different personalities.
  • Confidence making a high volume of outbound calls.
  • Good organisational and time-management skills.
  • Good written communication and basic administrative skills.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and cloud-based systems.
  • The ability to listen, ask good questions and understand what matters to the person they are speaking with.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
  • The discipline to maintain regular follow-ups and accurate notes.

Previous experience in customer service, telesales, account management, business development or telephone-based roles would be beneficial, although full training will be provided.
Knowledge of the motor repair, accident management or automotive industry would be an advantage but is not essential.

What You Get

  • Internal training and development opportunities.
  • Opportunity to develop experience in relationship management and business development.
  • NASL social events and holidays.
  • Opportunity to work in the heart of the City of London.
  • Fast-paced and varied working environment.
  • 1-hour lunch plus 2 breaks.
  • Opportunity to progress within the business.

Our Culture
We value people who communicate well, take responsibility for their work and enjoy building positive relationships.
Equity, diversity and inclusion matter to us. We welcome applications from candidates from a broad range of backgrounds and experiences and believe that different perspectives make our business stronger.
