Reservationist Monday to Friday The Megaro Collection is a privately-owned modern group, established over thirty years ago in King's Cross/St Pancras. We are now looking for an experienced Reservationist, a bubbly and talkative individual, knowledgeable and passionate about hospitality. The ideal candidate will be experienced with the role for at least 2 years, will be IT literate and an excel super-user. The role requires great attention to details, and a in depth understanding of PMS system; experience with Guestline would be preferable but not a must to be considered for the role. Responsibilities: · Provide friendly and welcome contact with all guests, face to face, via telephone and email. · Ensure all guest requests are recorded accurately on PMS and communicated clearly to other departments as required. · Meticulously handling all reservations, cancellations and amendments on a daily basis via telephone, email and the website. · Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all short and long-term marketing promotions and opportunities. · Taking a proactive approach to understand and promote our company's portfolio of serviced apartments and service offering. · Being friendly and helpful when it comes to customer service and always working towards building relationships with new and existing customers to encourage repeat and regular business. · Work alongside the Revenue Manager and Events Manager. MONDAY to FRIDAY venue! We are looking for a personable and enthusiastic reservationist who will be responsible in taking bookings for our restaurant and bar. This role will look after all pre-booked sales, including day to day reservations and parties/events. You will be answering the venue phone, managing the email & booking system (Collins), organise pre-orders and liaise with your sales and venue managers. On busy key days you will be the face of the venue and hosting guests to their tables. This role would suit someone that has great personality, does not get scared to take an initiative and has a great 'can do' attitude. You will be given the opportunity to train, grow and progress your career with the potential to move into a senior sales or events based role. If you are a confident and organised individual, with attention to detail and strive in a fast-paced environment - you will fit right in!
