Sales Representative - Pillar Ltd

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be results-driven and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This role involves engaging with customers and clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Sales Representatives play a crucial role in expanding our clients customer base and enhancing client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and brand loyalty.
• Close sales effectively while ensuring compliance is always upheld.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Organise time effectively to meet sales targets and deadlines.
• Clearly communicate and interact with customers in person, as this is a customer facing role.
• Attend training sessions to develop product knowledge and sales skillset
• Work as part of a team and provide support where needed with day-to-day tasks to help grow the business
• The Ideal candidate should ideally be able to work weekdays (Monday-Friday) as these are our operating days.
• This role will be a field based, events, face to face sales role.
• Base pay day rate + Uncapped commission

Qualifications/ What we are looking for:

• Educated to a minimum of GCSE level (or equivalent)
• Previous experience in customer facing roles is desirable but not essential as we provide full training.
• Excellent verbal communication skills to engage with a diverse range of people
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• A customer-focused attitude with a professional, friendly approach.
• Enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager to learn.
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work within a fast-paced environment
• Must be 18+ years old
• Must have the right to work in the UK

• This role will be on a self-employed basis
