We're a Sauna & Plunge operator that has 3 sites across London (Kentish Town, Wandsworth & Redbridge). Hiring an Area Manager to work either Wednesday to Sunday or Thursday to Monday each week across our three London Sauna & Plunge sites. What you’ll do: • Oversee the day-to-day performance of multiple Lowlu sites, • Own the customer experience and look around corners to spot any issues before anyone else does, • Conduct regular site visits and operational audits, • Assist with recruitment, onboarding and training of all on-site sauna hosts, • Coordinate maintenance across all sites, • Carry out minor repairs and practical fixes where appropriate What we’re looking for: • 1+ years experience in an operations role, preferably in hospitality / leisure management, • Proven record of maintaining high operational standards, • Strong systems mindset, able to implement and refine processes to ensure high quality, • Hands-on physical maintenance skills & willingness to do, not just advise, • Driving license essential, access to a vehicle highly desirable, • Desire to work in the sauna & wellness space, • Someone to own the weekends and hospitality hours of our sites.

Our story Back in 2019 in Paris, two friends, Charles and Victor, opened a brasserie together - the kind of place Parisians disappear into for a 3 hour lunch. They called it La Nouvelle Garde: a promise to eat and drink the French way, done properly, 100% homemade, cooked from scratch from the highest quality seasonal ingredients. The role As a Host / Hostess, you'll be the first person our guests meet when they arrive at Brasserie Olivia. You'll welcome and seat our guests, manage reservations and walk-ins using the SevenRooms platform. You'll work closely with the floor team to keep tables moving and make the most of every service. You'll keep an eye on what's happening across the restaurant, communicate with the team and jump in to help reset or prepare tables when needed. Most importantly, you'll make sure every guest receives a warm welcome from the moment they walk through our doors. What you'll bring • You have previous Host/Hostess experience in a busy restaurant., • You're confident using reservation systems; experience with SevenRooms platform would be a bonus., • You're warm, positive and naturally enjoy talking to people., • You're organised, quick on your feet and comfortable working in a busy restaurant., • You communicate clearly and work well with the wider restaurant team., • You understand the importance of managing bookings and turning tables efficiently while still giving guests a great experience., • You're happy to get involved and help the team wherever needed.
