Qualifications: VTCT or equivalent level 3 or 4 Experience: Min 1 year experience Duties: Perform a variety of non-invasive beauty and aesthetic treatments, deliver a high standard of customer service while working towards company sale targets both through clients rescheduling and the sale of retail after care. Reports to: Clinic Manager Duties and Responsibilities: - Sterilise all working equipment - Perform treatments on clients, to a high standard, following all health and safety procedures. • Promote customer loyalty by encouraging client to rebook treatments, embark on treatments courses and offering after care retail products. • Welcome Clients, offer refreshments and assist with pre-treatment consultation forms., • Must arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of shift to be ready by the start time., • Communicate effectively with other staff members and clients, recognising individual needs for alternative methods of communication. • Keep treatment rooms and communal areas clean and tidy during every shift. Must be able to perform the following Treatments: • Relaxing Massage, • Deep Tissue, • Hands on Facial, • Waxing Desirable skills: Lash lift, manicure and pedicure, previous experience working with devices to deliver treatment, lymphatic drainage massage.
