We are currently looking for a Demi Chef de Partie to join the brigade in the Upper Floor Kitchen. Manage the griddle station, maintaining a clean, organised, and safe workspace in compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations. Slice, marinate, and prep ingredients, including meats, vegetables, and sauces, to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Monitor stock levels for ingredients, reporting any shortages to the kitchen manager to ensure smooth operations. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order preparation. Innovate and contribute to new recipes or specials inspired by Lebanese street food traditions. Provide excellent customer service by preparing dishes promptly and responding to feedback constructively. Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a chef, ideally working with a griddle or in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Strong knowledge of Middle Eastern cuisine, particularly Lebanese street food, is highly desirable. Excellent knife skills and attention to detail in food preparation and presentation. Ability to work efficiently under pressure, especially during busy service periods. A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
