Sous Chef

We're looking for a Chef de Partie to join us at From the Ashes BBQ in Hackney to run a section in a high paced kitchen Thursday - Sunday. Responsibilities include running your own section in a busy high paced restaurant, , assisting the head chef to achieve and maintain all food quality and safety standards within the kitchen. Role includes 40 hours a week. £13.50 p/h + service charge. From the Ashes is a open fire restaurant using different cooking techniques including butchering onsite, offset smoking and grilling. Free meal on shift. 1 prep day 3 single shifts 1 double shift
