Requirements: Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a fast-paced restaurant. Experience working in high-volume burger and grill kitchens preferred. Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, grill cooking, and kitchen management. Ability to lead a team and work effectively under pressure. Excellent time management and organisational skills.
