We’re on the hunt for a full time (48 hours a week) Sous chef to join our amazing team. You’ll have some experience in preparing and cooking seasonal produce or maybe you want more experience and a step up to the next level. Either way you’ll be cooking with amazing producers (meat from swaledale butchers) and fish from the south coast. We look forward to hearing from you!
