Are you talented and experienced Sous Chef? Check this exciting opportunity in London Canary Wharf. Our clients in the heart of London are seeking skilled and passionate individuals to join our team as Sous Chef on a permanent basis.
As a Sous Chef you will need:
  • Experience of a fast paced, high standards driven, working kitchen environment in a Sous chef/Senior Sous chef position.
  • Business minded with the ability to maintain and control financial and ordering procedures.
  • Strong team player with an ability to pull together multiple partners in a productive, team environment.
  • Conscious of labour requirements and rotas.
  • Ability to motivate themselves and others around them.
  • Ability to demonstrate flexibility and operate in a changeable environment.


Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a similar role, in a 5-star hotel, banqueting, conference.
  • Ability to work 5 days a week, with occasional weekend shifts
  • Annual salary of £50.000
  • 28 days of holidays, including bank holidays
