The Role
As Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef to lead kitchen operations, maintain high culinary standards, and inspire the team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys early starts, creative menu development, and a buzzing service environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
  • Lead and motivate the kitchen team during busy breakfast and brunch services
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes
  • Assist in menu development, with a focus on innovative breakfast offerings
  • Maintain food safety, hygiene, and kitchen standards
  • Manage stock, ordering, and kitchen organisation


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous ready to step up
  • Passion for breakfast, brunch, and fresh seasonal ingredients
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Creativity and a keen eye for detail
  • Flexibility with early mornings and weekend shifts
