Il ne s'agit pas d'un simple copier-coller : notre projet parisien est pensé pour le public français, avec une ambition mondiale. Le Poste Nous recherchons notre Responsable Marketing à Paris : une personne qui respire la culture parisienne et sait comment développer et faire rayonner une marque ici. Étant un de nos premiers collaborateurs sur place, tu travailleras étroitement avec notre co-fondateur Florian et l'équipe de direction. Tu seras l'architecte du lancement et de la croissance de The Salad Project en France. C'est un rôle avec une réelle autonomie et une influence directe sur la stratégie. Tu piloteras le marketing local de bout en bout : de la notoriété de marque à la communauté, en passant par les partenariats, les RP, les réseaux sociaux et l'événementiel. Tes Missions • Lancement de Marque : Piloter le déploiement du groupe à Paris, du teasing pré-ouverture à la dynamique post-lancement., • Social Media & Content : Incarner et faire grandir notre compte Instagram France. Tu créeras les contenus, superviseras le planning et animeras la communauté (réponses aux commentaires, DMs)., • Partenariats Stratégiques : Créer des synergies avec des acteurs locaux (commerces, marques, influenceurs) pour ancrer la marque dans le quotidien des Parisiens., • Événementiel & Terrain : Imaginer et déployer des activations en restaurant et des moments communautaires pour faire vivre l'ADN de la marque., • RP & Influence : Identifier et engager les bons profils (presse et influenceurs) pour porter notre message., • Supports Marketing : Superviser ou créer les contenus nécessaires (RS, newsletters, PLV en magasin) en coordination avec l'équipe graphique., • Stratégie Locale : Collaborer étroitement avec le co-fondateur pour affiner la stratégie marketing et son exécution opérationnelle. Ton Profil • Expertise Marketing : Tu justifies d’un parcours réussi (2 à 5 ans) en marketing opérationnel, idéalement dans la restauration, le retail ou pour une marque "consumer"., • Parisien(ne) dans l’âme : Tu as une excellente connaissance de la scène food, de la culture et du paysage médiatique local., • Lancement de projets : Tu as déjà participé à des ouvertures de points de vente ou au lancement de campagnes d'envergure., • Esprit Entrepreneurial : Créatif(ve), polyvalent(e) et très organisé(e), tu aimes construire à partir d'une page blanche., • Vibe : Tu es prêt(e) à relever des défis au sein d’une structure à taille humaine avec une énergie débordante. Job Opening: Supervisor – Italian Focacceria & Delicatessen We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Supervisor to join our Italian Focacceria & Delicatessen. This is an active, operational role where you will work alongside the team on a daily basis while taking on additional management responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Manage and support the day-to-day operations of the store. Prepare sandwiches using high-quality Italian ingredients. Confidently and safely operate an electric slicer. Demonstrate strong knowledge of Italian food products (cheeses, cured meats, bread, etc.). Prepare a variety of coffee. Lead by example, working side by side with the team. Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer queries professionally. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and presentation. Organise staff schedules and daily workflow. Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory control. Requirements: Previous experience in a deli, sandwich shop, café, or similar food business (management or supervisory experience preferred). Strong knowledge of Italian food products is essential. The Kitchen Lead is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen. You will supervise and coordinate the kitchen activities, leading by example to deliver excellent food service every day.
