The Role

We’re looking for enthusiastic, motivated and people-focused Creator Talent Managers to help us discover, recruit, onboard and support TikTok LIVE creators across the UK.
You’ll play an important role in growing our creator community, building strong relationships and helping creators develop their confidence, engagement and LIVE performance.
This is a remote, flexible opportunity suited to someone who enjoys TikTok, understands social media and wants to develop experience in creator and talent management.

Key Responsibilities

Creator Recruitment and Onboarding

• Identify and approach potential TikTok LIVE creators.
• Introduce creators to We Belong Network and explain the benefits of joining.
• Guide interested creators through the official application and onboarding process.
• Help new creators understand their next steps and available support.

Creator Relationship Management

• Build positive, professional relationships with creators.
• Act as a regular point of contact for your allocated creator portfolio.
• Encourage creators to develop consistent LIVE routines.
• Support creators with questions, challenges and development opportunities.
• Promote an inclusive, respectful and welcoming community.

Creator Growth and Development

• Help creators improve their LIVE confidence, presentation and audience engagement.
• Share training resources, practical guidance and best practices.
• Encourage participation in LIVE battles, collaborations and community activities.
• Identify opportunities for creators to grow and develop.
• Recognise and celebrate creator achievements.

Performance and Reporting

• Monitor creator activity and performance using available agency tools.
• Identify creators who may benefit from additional support.
• Maintain accurate creator records and follow-up information.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment, onboarding and creator development.
• Work towards agreed activity and performance objectives.

Community and Compliance

• Promote TikTok’s Community Guidelines and LIVE policies.
• Encourage responsible, positive and respectful LIVE content.
• Escalate account or creator concerns through appropriate agency channels.
• Represent We Belong Network professionally.

Previous experience in recruitment, talent management, social media or community management would be beneficial, but is not essential.

Initial Creator Development Programme

We believe the best talent managers understand the creator experience.
As part of our selection and development process, suitable applicants may be invited to complete an optional 14-day creator familiarisation programme before being considered for a Talent Manager position.
This provides an opportunity to explore TikTok LIVE, understand the creator journey and learn about the support our agency provides.
Participation does not guarantee appointment. Any manager duties, commission arrangements or required work will be subject to separate agreed terms and applicable employment law.

Remuneration and Working Arrangements

This opportunity is proposed on a commission-based basis, with the structure and payment terms confirmed in writing before any paid activities begin.
The nature of the engagement, any applicable minimum wage entitlements and other statutory rights will be determined by the actual working arrangements and relevant UK law.
