Ritzy Lounge is currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented waitresses to join our team. As a waitress at Ritzy Lounge, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our patrons while maintaining a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our guests have a memorable experience.
Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers.
Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions or concerns.
Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, chairs, and dining utensils.
Ensure guests' needs are met throughout their visit, including refilling beverages and accommodating special requests.
Process payments and provide accurate change to customers.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Adhere to health and safety guidelines and sanitation standards.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a waitress or in the food service industry is preferred but not required.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic math skills for processing payments accurately.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
