Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages with precision and care - Assist with food preparation, including assembling sandwiches, salads, and other bistro items - Ensure all food items are presented beautifully and adhere to our quality standards - Engage with customers in a friendly and attentive manner, taking orders and providing recommendations - Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café counter, kitchen area, and dining space - Uphold food safety and hygiene standards at all times - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service. We’re looking for someone with: - Previous experience in a café, coffee shop, or restaurant environment preferred but not required - Barista training/certification and/or food handling experience is a plus - Strong multitasking skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality products - Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
