Opuz Wokingham is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Waiters and Waitresses to join our team. As a vital part of our restaurant staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your duties will include:
- Greeting customers warmly and escorting them to their tables.
- Presenting menus, answering questions about menu items, and taking food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serving food and drinks efficiently and courteously.
- Ensuring guest satisfaction by checking on their needs and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Clearing tables and preparing them for new guests.
- Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Handling payments and operating the point-of-sale system.
- Maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
We are looking for individuals with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for hospitality. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but comprehensive training will be provided.
