Due to expansion of their fleet & services & promotions, we are now looking for a fleet engineering manager to help strengthen their engineering team.
The duties of the workshop manager will include;
· Ensure that all company vehicles meet the high standards of the business
· Provide reactive and planned maintenance on a company vehicles
· Manage the workshop effectively
· Maintain all equipment
· Manage & supervisor the team
· Recruitment, disciplines & team rewards
· Ensure all vehicles comply to health and safety legislations

Proven experience diagnosing & repairing coaches (internal & external)
Proven experience managing a team of mechanics
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
Professional fluency in English both written & verbally
