Fitness Instructor - Summer 2026 - Various Mediterranean Resorts LOCATION: Europe - We have various Neilson Beach Clubs across the Mediterranean DATES: Summer seasonal, April until November REPORTS TO: Head Fitness Instructor - Activity Manager SALARY: Up to £750 PCM gross + Shared accommodation + flights, meals + great overall package JOB DETAILS: This is our entry-level position within the Fitness Team. To be considered, you will need a valid First Aid certificate and the following qualifications: • Minimum Level 2 Fitness Instructor. A Neilson holiday would only be complete with dedicated fitness professionals. Our Fitness Instructors must be passionate about fitness, energetic, friendly, and happy to work independently. You will need group session instructional experience and a high level of personal fitness as you will regularly guide 5km runs and lead 4-6 classes daily. You will deliver a varied weekly programme that is always safe, fun, and precisely tailored to your guests. You will interact with individuals from all walks of life at varying fitness levels, enabling you to inspire and continually expand your personal fitness experience. You will create your sessions around the facilities and equipment available in the resort and draw upon your skills, knowledge, and training. Bid Coordinator Experience/Skills/Qualifications • Proven experience in tendering, bid management, or commercial support within an engineering or industrial environment., • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously., • High level of commercial awareness, including contract terms and conditions., • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills., • Graduate, HND/HNC, or equivalent industry experience., • Knowledge of rotating machines or related engineering services (desirable).
