We are seeking a skilled and innovative Chef to join our kitchen at a vibrant Shisha Restaurant and Events Venue, renowned for its fusion of Indian, Pan Asian and Mediterranean cuisine. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations, including food production, menu planning, and team management. Responsibilities: - Plan and execute menus in accordance with customer preferences, dietary restrictions, and seasonal availability - Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring they adhere to food safety and sanitation standards - Monitor food production to maintain consistent quality and presentation - Collaborate with management to develop new menu items and specials - Order and manage inventory to ensure adequate supplies are available - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment - Adhere to all health and safety regulations
