General skills you should posses: - Ability to multitask and remain organised during a busy period. - High level of attention to detail. - Adaptability to embrace new ideas and processes, and work unsupervised. - Strong team-player, as well as natural leader qualities. - Positive, approachable and professional manner. - Interpersonal communication skills.
