We want someone friendly, relaxed and genuinely good with people — the kind of person who notices the regulars, makes customers feel welcome and is happy getting stuck into whatever needs doing. The role will include making great coffee, serving customers, taking orders and payments, preparing simple food, keeping the café looking lovely, restocking and helping with opening and closing. Because we’re a small team, this isn’t a role where you’ll only stand behind the coffee machine.
