This role involves preparing properties between guest stays, including cleaning, changing linen, staging rooms, and ensuring each property is presented to a high standard. The ideal candidate: • Takes pride in their work, • Has strong attention to detail, • Is reliable and communicates well, • Can work independently, • Has experience with Airbnb, serviced accommodation or hotel cleaning (preferred) What you'll be doing: • Full turnover cleans, • Changing bed linen and towels, • Preparing properties for guest arrivals, • Reporting any issues or maintenance concerns, • Sending post-clean photos This is an ongoing opportunity with potential for additional work as the Sola Homes portfolio grows. Experienced Airbnb Cleaner – SOLA SOLA is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented cleaner to join our team and assist with Airbnb property changeovers. Responsibilities: • Thorough cleaning between guest stays, • Changing and making beds to a high standard, • Restocking toiletries and essential supplies, • Checking the property for damage or maintenance issues, • Ensuring the property is guest-ready and presented to an excellent standard Requirements: • Previous cleaning experience required, • Airbnb, serviced accommodation, hotel, or holiday-let experience preferred, • Strong attention to detail, • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently, • Good communication skills, • Flexible availability is an advantage We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and understands the importance of delivering a five-star guest experience.
