Responsibilities: • Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and team management., • Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service, maintaining product quality, and promptly resolving customer concerns or issues., • Lead, train, and inspire a team of coffee enthusiasts, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment., • Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve sales targets, maximize profitability, and drive business growth., • Monitor and manage stock levels of coffee beans, supplies, and merchandise, placing orders as necessary to maintain product availability., • Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and hygienic work environment., • Uphold the quality and consistency of coffee preparation, ensuring adherence to company standards and providing guidance to the team. Requirements: • Previous experience in the specialty coffee industry or a similar managerial role., • Proficiency in espresso extraction, including grind adjustment, dosing, and tamping techniques., • Skill in creating and pouring latte art designs, showcasing attention to detail and craftsmanship., • Proven leadership abilities with a track record of effectively managing and developing a team., • Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor., • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment., • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make sound decisions under the pressure., • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays., • A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a strong commitment to teamwork., • Food handling certification and knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus.
