Lead Quantity Surveyor 📍 Bolton (Office-based with occasional site/office travel) 🏢 Recruiting via Advance TRS Advance TRS is supporting a well-established multi-utility contractor in their search for an experienced Lead Quantity Surveyor to manage the commercial delivery of multi-utility infrastructure projects. This is a key role responsible for ensuring projects are delivered within budget, on programme, and in line with contractual and regulatory requirements. 🌟 About the Role Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will take ownership of the commercial performance of multiple projects, providing financial control, contractual management, and commercial insight to support successful project delivery.
