Senior iOS Engineer Hybrid - London Up to £80k basic An exciting opportunity for a Senior iOS Engineer to join a fast-moving tech company building data-driven mobile products at scale. This is a highly regarded engineering environment where people are trusted to take ownership, solve real-world problems, and move quickly with purpose. As a Senior iOS Engineer, you'll play a key role in shaping and scaling a sophisticated native iOS app used by tens of thousands of customers. You'll work across two core areas - the flagship customer-facing app and a native SDK that powers Real Time, on-device data collection. The role blends deep technical engineering with a product mindset and a strong focus on performance, usability, and scale. This is a senior-level role where you'll help define architecture, influence product direction, and mentor others in the team. You'll work closely with Back End and data engineers in cross-functional squads, and have the freedom to experiment with new tools - including AI - to improve your own productivity and the quality of the codebase. Senior iOS Engineer - Key Requirements: • Significant previous experience building native iOS applications in Swift, • Experience with modern iOS tooling, eg SwitfUI, UIKit, CoreData, Clean Architecture, MVVM, Dependency Injection, etc., • Proven experience building scalable SDKs for third-party use, • Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns, • Ability to write high-performance, maintainable code and optimise for performance and reliability, • Comfortable working across the full app life cycle, from feature design to delivery and iteration, • A collaborative mindset and product-focused approach, • Experience working in Agile, cross-functional teams, and mentoring other engineers, • Basic salary up to £80,000, • Performance related bonus, • Share options, • Private medical insurance, • Income protection, • Enhanced pension, • 25 days holiday We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all suitably qualified persons regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/belief, sexual orientation, or age.
