We are seeking for a experienced barista/front of house staff to join our team. - Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner - Take customer orders and prepare beverages according to their preferences - Operate coffee-making equipment (la marzocco) such as espresso machines and grinders - Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, smoothies, and specialty drinks - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area - Handle cash/card transactions accurately - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns - Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines - Assist in restocking inventory as needed - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service during peak hours - Basic math skills for cash/card handling and measuring ingredients - Knowledge of food safety practices to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
