    We are looking for 1–2 reliable and experienced people to join our food stall team on a long-term basis. Role You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the stall, including: • Preparing and serving food and drinks, • Taking customer orders and providing excellent customer service, • Opening and closing the stall, • Setting up and cleaning down the workspace, • Managing stock and inventory, • Receiving and organising supplier deliveries, • Monitoring stock levels and flagging or arranging restocking, • Carrying out food preparation during quieter periods, • Keeping the stall clean, organised and compliant with food hygiene standards, • Safely operating the equipment used in the stall, • Be confident operating with gas powered appliances, • Taking responsibility for the stall when working independently We are looking for someone who is: • Reliable and punctual, • Responsible and able to work independently, • Organised and proactive, • Confident dealing with customers, • Comfortable working in a busy hospitality environment, • Able to manage stock and deliveries, • Comfortable opening and closing the stall independently, • Flexible with working hours, • Interested in a long-term position and taking on more responsibility over time, • Already has or is willing to get a level 2 hygiene certificate Previous experience in hospitality, cafés, restaurants, food markets or food stalls is strongly preferred. Spanish language skills or familiarity with Spanish food and culture would be an advantage, but are not required. Hours We are looking for someone available approximately 4–5 days per week, usually working 8–10 hour shifts. Our expected trading hours are approximately: • Weekdays: 9am–8pm, • Weekends: 11am–9pm During the first few weeks, trading hours may change slightly while we determine the busiest periods. Progression We are looking for someone who wants to stay with the business and grow with us, gradually taking on more responsibility as the business grows. We also plan to offer performance-based bonuses linked to sales and stall performance. Strong performance and increased responsibility will be rewarded as the role develops.

    We are seeking a enthusiastic and proactive Assistant Manager to join our Warm Rosette Pub in Barnes! We’re a community-focused pub in Barnes, with a strong reputation for great food, drinks and service. Alongside our everyday pub trade, we host a wide range of events, from birthdays and private parties to weddings, celebrations and larger gatherings. We’re looking for someone who is confident leading a team, passionate about hospitality and understands what it takes to run a successful pub. Working closely with the General Manager, you’ll play an important role in the day to day running of The Crossing. You’ll be a hands-on leader who is equally comfortable managing a busy Friday night, overseeing a private celebration or making sure the cellar is running perfectly. You’ll help ensure that our guests receive consistently excellent service while supporting the team and maintaining the high standards we expect across the pub. Key responsibilities • Supporting the General Manager with the day-to-day operation of the pub, • Leading and motivating the team during busy services, • Maintaining consistently high standards of service, presentation and hospitality, • Taking responsibility for the pub in the absence of the General Manager, • Managing and maintaining the cellar, gas, • Managing stock levels, deliveries and stock rotation, • Supporting ordering and reducing waste and unnecessary stock loss, • Ensuring licensing, health & safety and company procedures are followed, • Training and developing team members, • Dealing confidently and professionally with guest feedback and complaints, • Helping maintain excellent relationships with regular customers and the local community Events are an important part of The Crossing, so experience in private hire and event management is highly desirable.     Job Description: We are Daikin D1+ Installers specialising in high-end residential and commercial installations, including concealed ducted systems, bespoke ductwork, splits, multi VRV/VRF, Chillers & AHU'S systems. We’re looking for a fully qualified, experienced in the uk, and professional Air Conditioning Installer / Engineer who can deliver work to the highest standard. This is not a trainee role – we are offering top pay for top ability and top quality only Requirements – You Must Have • Minimum 10+ years hands-on experience installing and commissioning (In the uk), • F-Gas Category 1 certification (essential) – but F-Gas alone is not enough., • NVQ Diploma in Installing and Maintaining Air Conditioning and Heat Pump Systems (or equivalent qualification)., • CSCS card (essential)., • Full UK driving licence., • Proven ability to install, commission and fault find split, multi-split, VRV/VRF systems., • Strong understanding of the refrigerant cycle and the ability to use service checkers confidently., • Ability to fault-find and test components on VRV/F systems, AHUs, and chillers., • Competence with pressure testing, vacuuming, charging, and commissioning to manufacturer standards., • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, refrigerant charts, and installation schematics., • Excellent attention to detail, reliability, and pride in workmanship., • Strong communication skills and a professional approach with clients and colleagues. Desirable (but not essential) • PASMA / IPAF certification., • Electrical knowledge., • Experience managing or mentoring junior engineers., • Background in servicing and maintenance of VRV, chiller, or AHU systems., • Manufacturer training certificates (e.g. Daikin, Mitsubishi).
