Required experience and skills • Experience managing high-end residential or commercial refurbishment projects., • Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and site logistics., • Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors simultaneously., • Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills., • Experience working on occupied or constrained central London sites is advantageous., • Strong programme management, quality control, construction planning and client management skills., • Good cost awareness and team coordination abilities. Qualifications • SMSTS., • CSCS Black or Gold Card., • First Aid at Work., • Asbestos Awareness., • Temporary Works awareness is desirable., • Fire Marshal training is desirable.
