Job Purpose To handle a live caseload of credit hire files. Ability to work independently and as a team player. Utilise Case Management Systems to effectively manage and track case progress. Ability to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal processes Experience of the OIC/MOJ Portal is essential. Skills & Qualifications Required A technically strong fee earner/ solicitor with approximately no less than 2 years’ experience Have extensive experience in dealing with credit hire more specifically pre and post litigated matters. Provide excellent client care via regular communication. Ability to manage relationships and agreements with third parties. Strong knowledge of relevant case law and the ability to interpret and apply it effectively. Have a proven track record of handling an independent caseload. Possess excellent written/verbal communication and research skills. Excellent drafting/ negotiating skills. Sound appreciation of client care and service delivery Motivated, driven, and committed to professional growth
