Who you are • 2–4 years experience in a CRM or lifecycle marketing role, • Strong working knowledge of ESPs - flows, segments, events, profile properties - Klaviyo is preferable, • Basic HTML understanding for email editing, • Experience in D2C / eCommerce (subscription experience preferred), • Highly detail-oriented with strong QA instincts, • Strong understanding of A/B testing and performance analysis, with the ability to draw clear, actionable insights, • Proactive, self-starter with a willingness to take ownership Desirable • Experience with push notifications and/or mobile app CRM, • Experience working in a fast-paced startup, • Exposure to loyalty, referrals or subscription products What the job involves • This role is best suited to someone who enjoys building and executing CRM campaigns day-to-day, not just planning them. Pinter is growing fast and we’re looking for someone who thrives in that environment, working closely with a fully bought-in team to build and improve as we scale., • We’re hiring a CRM Executive to join the team and work directly under our Senior CRM Manager. This is a hands-on role focused on execution and optimisation across the full customer lifecycle. You’ll take ownership of building and improving CRM journeys across email, SMS, push and in-app, helping drive both acquisition and retention. You’ll be trusted to move quickly, own your output, and deliver consistently high-quality work. What you'll be doing day-to-day: • Build, launch and optimise CRM journeys in Klaviyo across email, SMS and push., • Own day-to-day CRM execution, ensuring all campaigns are delivered on time and accurately, including setup, segmentation, QA on links, testing and scheduling., • Support ideation and creation of the monthly CRM calendar, balancing proven high-performance campaigns with fresh, creative concepts and cross-industry inspiration, • Create and manage segmentation to improve targeting and performance, • Support lifecycle activity across onboarding, consumption, retention, churn and reactivation, • Work on referral and loyalty initiatives to drive repeat behaviour, • Build, maintain and run a structured test-and-learn plan across flows and campaigns to optimise & improve open, click and conversion rates., • Analyse performance and report on key metrics, sharing insights with the wider team, • Support seasonal launches, partnerships and ad hoc campaigns, • Ensure all CRM activity is GDPR compliant and follows best practice, • Stay up to date with the latest trends in CRM and retention marketing across US and UK, • Work closely with the Design and Community team on briefing creative assets and building copy to ensure emails are visually engaging and align with Pinter’s brand voice.
