Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently. Manage the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and organization. Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries. Maintain office security by following procedures and monitoring the visitor logbook. Assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments. Coordinate meeting room reservations and ensure meeting spaces are prepared.
