    Job Summary: NC Range Site Ltd based in Romford, Essex are a leading contractor within the social housing sector providing maintenance, repairs and major refurbishment works across London, Essex & Kent. We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Reactive Team Planner to join our team working in our Romford, Essex office, full time. Key Responsibilities: · Inputting jobs onto our E-Works planning system · Allocating work to operatives · Updating/Checking job progress and system notes · Liaising with Management Staff, Clients, Operatives & Sub-Contactors · Achieving KPI’s · Job Costings · Submitting Variations to client Essential Skills: · Social Housing Experience (Minimum 12 Months) · Previous Experience in a Team Planning role (Minimum 12 Months) · Must be computer literate and experience working with Microsoft Excel · Diary Management Experience · Experience in dealing with Tenants on a daily basis · Excellent communication skills · Ability to work well in a fast-paced office environment · Skilled in problem solving · Desirable to be familiar with NHF Schedule of Rates Job Type: · Permanent full-time position · Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 5PM · 100% Office Based Salary: Starting £26K (Negotiable depending on Experience)
