About the Role This is a pivotal, computer-based position sitting at the heart of our home's day-to-day operations. You'll oversee the care home's accounts, ensuring accurate financial information reaches our Head Office Finance Department at month-end and whenever required, while providing broad administrative support to the Home Manager. Because you'll be a first point of contact for callers and visitors, a warm, professional manner is just as important as your administrative skills. You'll need strong organisational ability, confident working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, and the composure to prioritise a varied workload under pressure.
