Minimising the number of repairs and recuts. Ensuring all health and safety guidelines are followed. Qualifications: At least 15 years of experience in garment manufacturing. Extensive knowledge of garment production processes, from machinery to construction. Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify and resolve production issues. The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a bonus. You will report to the Operations Manager.
