Key Responsibilities: • Lead and oversee the breakfast service, ensuring smooth and efficient operations., • Supervise, support, and motivate the breakfast team to deliver excellent guest experiences., • Maintain high standards of service, presentation, and cleanliness throughout the venue., • Act as the main point of contact during breakfast service, handling guest feedback professionally and confidently., • Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate service., • Assist with staff scheduling, opening procedures, and handovers where required., • Ensure stock levels are maintained and service areas are fully prepared before service begins., • Train and develop team members, ensuring consistent standards and brand knowledge., • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, licensing, and health & safety regulations.
