You’ll support across: • HR administration, • Employee lifecycle activities, • Client coordination, • People operations, • Office and business support You’ll work closely with the Founders and wider team to help create an exceptional experience for both clients and their people. This role would suit someone who: • Loves variety, • Is naturally organised, • Enjoys supporting people, • Takes pride in getting the details right, • Wants to grow a career within HR and people operations 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗛𝗥 & 𝗣𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 • Managing HR inboxes and queries, • Drafting contracts, letters, onboarding packs, and HR documentation, • Updating systems including BreatheHR, • Maintaining employee records and trackers, • Supporting onboarding and employee lifecycle activities, • Supporting HR People Partners with client preparation 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 & 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 • Supporting client onboarding and administration, • Preparing presentations and client documentation, • Supporting invoicing and payment tracking, • Assisting with diary coordination and office organisation, • Helping improve systems and processes as we grow 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗡𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗘𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 • Experience in administration, HR support, or business operations, • Excellent organisation and attention to detail, • Strong written communication skills, • Confidence managing multiple priorities, • Comfortable using systems and learning new technology, • Proactive, positive, and solutions-focused mindset 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 • CIPD Level 3 (or working towards), • SME or consultancy experience, • Canva, PowerPoint, or Google Workspace skills, • Interest in employment law and people development 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗞𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗪𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲 Someone who is: • Warm, professional, and approachable, • Emotionally intelligent and down to earth, • Calm under pressure, • Proactive and resourceful, • Organised and detail-focused, • Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn, • Collaborative with zero ego This role is not about “just admin.” It’s about becoming a trusted part of a growing business and helping create an outstanding experience for clients and their people every day.
