Ensuring we are looking to reduce costs were possiable to ensure we are reducing our weekly costs. This is to be tracked weekly and a log to be kept providing data at the end of the financial year should it be required. Where shifts have been lost, we must look at all options available to us to recoup these where possible., • All overtime including managers is to be tracked and ensuring they are within compliant hours and that the overtime was warranted., • Ensuring the correct levels of resources are kept and maintained for each of your departments, ensuring there is enough ASH cover and support and that managers under your control are manging resource levels., • Ensuring all managers and operatives driving company vehicles adhere to company policy, where necessary interventions to be carried out to coach or take disciplinary action against offenders that is relevant to the offence committed.
