Your role • Support customers who have experienced homelessness to build independence and reach their potential, • Assess needs and update support plans, • Act as the first point of contact for customer queries, • Build positive relationships that respect choice, privacy and dignity Your skills • Experience supporting adults who haveexperiencedhomelessness, • Positive, flexible and enthusiastic approach, • Able to work well in a team and independently, • Strong organisational skills with good literacy and numeracy, • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towardsit You deservemore than the basics.
