We are seeking a self-motivated, experienced Interim Property Manager to look after a portfolio of high quality prime Central Birmingham residential blocks of flats, mainly owned by resident/lessee companies. Working as part of the Property Management team, you will assist in the delivery of high-quality management services to properties within the portfolio, ensuring professional management and excellent customer service is delivered to both clients and customers. You will be based in the office 5 days a week in the Jewellery Quarter, with plenty of transport options including street parking, multi-story and train access.
