    Sporting CP Academy London is seeking a passionate and qualified Football Coach to join our team part-time. Coaches will deliver football training to children aged 4-16, adhering to the distinguished methodology of Sporting Clube de Portugal. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct structured coaching sessions aligned with our academy's standards., • Cater to a range of age groups from grassroots to development phase., • Support players in technical, tactical, physical, and social growth., • Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all participants., • Communicate effectively with players, parents, and coaching staff., • Assist in matches, festivals, and academy events as needed. Essential Requirements: • Minimum FA Level 1 Coaching Qualification; FA Level 2 (UEFA C) preferred., • Valid FA Safeguarding Children and Emergency Aid Certificates., • Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one., • Experience in coaching children., • Strong communication and organizational skills. Desirable Qualities: • Experience in an academy or structured football program., • Ability to coach multiple age groups., • Progressing towards FA Level 2 for those starting with Level 1.
