Duties: • Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors., • Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas., • Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored correctly., • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel., • Maintain a high level of customer service while interacting with clients or staff members., • Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure consistency in service delivery. Qualifications • Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with team members and clients., • Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided., • A valid driver's licence is advantageous for roles requiring travel between sites., • Strong customer service skills to ensure positive interactions with clients., • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment., • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
