The Role We are looking for a part-time Kickboxing Instructor to join our coaching team in Woking, Leatherhead and Fetcham. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about coaching, enjoys working with a range of ages and abilities, and can bring energy, structure, and personality to every session. Key Responsibilities • Deliver high-quality kickboxing classes (you would work from our syllabus and lesson plans) across a range of age groups (children, teens, and adults), • Create a positive, engaging, fun and disciplined training environment, • Support students through our graded syllabus and development pathway, • Coach and support students at competitions (local and national events), • Contribute to squad training sessions and inter-club development opportunities, • Uphold the standards and values of Martial X Academy at all times, • Strong kickboxing background (competitive experience desirable but not essential), • A confident, engaging presence on the mats — someone who brings energy and personality to sessions, • Excellent communication skills with both children and adults, • Reliable, professional, and well-organised, • Passion for developing students and being part of their journey, • Competitive pay (based on experience), • Free training at Martial X Academy, • Free training for immediate family members (subject to terms and conditions), • Opportunities to coach at competitions and be part of a nationally active team, • Ongoing development through squad training, inter-club collaboration, and exposure to high-level coaching, • Part-time hours (evenings and weekends), • Based in Woking, Fetcham and Leatherhead, • Flexibility required around competitions and academy events
