Key Details: Days: Every Friday and Saturday. Hours: Evening shift from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Location: Palmers Green. Oven Type: Pizza napoletana in a traditional wood-fired oven (forno a legna). About the role: We're looking for a skilled live-in chef to join our kitchen, specialising in burgers and pizzas. This is a live-in position with accommodation provided on site. You'll be preparing fresh, high quality dishes to order in a fast paced environment. Responsibilities: • Prepare and cook burgers, pizzas and related menu items to a consistent standard, • Keep the kitchen clean, organised and compliant with food hygiene standards, • Manage prep and stock for your section, • Work efficiently during busy service periods Requirements: • Must be 18 or over, • Willing to live on site (live-in role), • Previous experience cooking burgers and/or pizzas preferred, • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene, • Able to work evenings and weekends, • Reliable, fast and a good team player Hours: Full time Benefits: • Discounted or free food, • Employee discount Work Location: In person
