Key tasks • Tasting freshly manufactured stocks, gravies, sauces and seasonings and comparing with previously approved products, • Calibrating and monitoring parameters on laboratory and production equipment, • Verification of production clean downs through equipment swabbing, • Ensuring full product and raw material traceability is achieved, • Verification of process record documentation for all production lines, • Completing Good Manufacturing Practice audits of the site. Focus on H&S, Food Safety, general housekeeping and hygiene About You The successful candidate will ideally come from a food manufacturing background with experience of using sensory abilities (taste, smell).
