Applicant Tracking: Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring accurate and up-to-date candidate information. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices to provide insights and recommendations to the team. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process by providing timely communication and feedback. Qualifications: Proven experience as a recruiter, talent sourcer, or similar role. Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques. Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
